With the opening of PALLADIUM at náměstí Republiky, at the end of October, the Prague market will be extended by the much demanded first class offices in a landmark location.

90% of the total area of 19 500 m2 have been pre-leased only in ten months since the leasing started. Such substantial pre-lease prior to the opening of the project confirms the scarcity of prestigious but yet modern offices in downtown Prague. The list of tenants includes blue chip companies, such as GES Group Finance, CTY Group, A-Consult plus – the Expert Institute, GLEISS LUTZ Lawyer Office, Pinnacle Central & Eastern Europe the Developers and CB Richard Ellis.

The PALLADIUM presents efficient office premises with top quality standard. Located on the three top floors, the offices provide beautiful views of the Old Town and Letná park. The prestigious business adress is further enhanced by two stylish office lobbies and outstanding architectural design.

The extensive catering options and number of services on the site (170 shops, 30 restaurants) have been another key factors of this remarkable leasing success.

PALLADIUM has a direct entry from the Náměstí Republiky metro station, and a stop of several tram lines is located just in front of the office entry at Na Poříčí street. A secure underground parking facility is available for the tenants.

David Smejkal, the partner of A-Consult plus, comments on the offices "A number of reputable companies, shops and restaurants will have their seats in the Palladium and through this the whole complex will become a real landmark building. That is why we have acquired a seat corresponding to the requirements of our clients and professionalism of our services."

The office leasing has been carried out by the EPD internal team together with the appointed agents, CB Richard Ellis, King Sturge and CPB Immobilientreuhand.
